it was great place and so relaxing

The room was terrific, and the food was good. The breakfast was nice, and the quality was excellent. The wifi is also nice and fast, and we never had an issue.

The only concern we had is the restaurant staff were slow in their service and had almost zero smiles, and sometimes you have to call them 3-4 times to get your coffee, for example.

Danah room, the view, the sunset, perfect for honeymooners and anniversaries. Exquisite Dannah room was my choice, Romantic package and welcome amenities for honeymooners/ anniversaries: real red rose decorations and Bouquet، a cake of your choice, bottle of sparkling grapes, a meal of your choice. All around people were smiling .I truly appreciate that.

In one word: Wonderful.

Though all was good in the restaurants, but: 1 Buffet servers could be more attentive 2. Food smell floats to the l9bby.

Very nice place needs better communication amount the staff

the room is very clean and sophisticated with master control next to the bed. very nice facility, very clean and restaurants staff were very nice. food was wonderful.

did not appreciate that when i asked for a late checkout one day before leaving to be at 2pm, the first receptionist requested more time to confirm so i asked again after a few hours and another receptionist confirmed to me it was 2pm and it was confirmed. on the day of check out i got a call at 12:30 from a lady from reception again advising me that the checkout is 1pm despite me telling here that i got it confirmed for 2pm she kept on apologizing and repeating that they are full and need me to vacate the room at 1pm. i made it on time at 1pm and while checking out i saw the same receptionist lady that confirmed to me the 2pm and told here about what has happend and she said that you could have stayed till 2pm. that was very annoying really... at such an upscale rosewood brand hotel with everything perfect that such a miss communication made me leave with a bad recollection of the experience.

It has pros and CONS

The bed was extremely cozy. We had booked a king room which was spacious and well furnished. They refilled the fruit baskets and the biscuits daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was available and very convenient.

The restaurant manager did not offer us the caffe latte mugs till the manager changed on the last day. When I booked the hotel, I had clearly specified that I wanted a non-smoking room, and I emphasized the same when I arrived at the reception. The receptionist agreed that he will give a non-smoking room. Upon entering the room, I immediately smelled smoke. However, the butler kept insisting that there is no smell which really pissed me off. The room that he had given me was in fact on a smoking floor (Floor 9). After confronting the receptionist again he apologized severely and another room was provided on the 6th floor after ~30 minutes waiting. It was a horrible first experience.

It was a great experience with my family in the hotel. Every single thing is fancy and comfortable. I have a day dream that I am a billionaire .

The executive suite was amazing.

The executive suite was amazing. I booked it for our anniversary. Even though I think it is pricey, it’s totally worth it. The view is everything. The noodles I had in the restaurant are well-made and fresh. The dish has real flavors; no dynamite shrimp or strong flavors. Just freshness and simplicity. I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff is so ready to please and serve. From the reception ladies to the chef I ran into by chance on the way to the lobby carrying the leftovers of my kids’ lunch in some napkins. He took one look and offered to get me a to-go box. He did. And I was so touched by the gentle and genuine hospitality of the staff.

the cleaners didnt provide towels,slippers or shower cap. They even took the ones I had used before. They waited till I call and ask for the things

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the rosewood Jeddah especially the sea view room and the facilities in general. Everything was excellent room cleanliness, restaurant, staff, parking,... yes it was a bit pricey but we believe it was worth it. We definitely come back again

Great but not Perfect

Great Location: Perfect sea view. Easily accessible. Commercial area. Luxurious room: loved the central control unit (lights, A/C, curtains,..). The jacuzzi was super relaxing and the steam shower was very nice. Amazing breakfast: wide variety and delicious. Friendly and welcoming staff: We were offered a baby crib free of charge. Also, the buffet manager gave us a gift for our newborn because he couldn’t order breakfast. It was so cute.

The room wasn’t ready on time! We were asked to wait in the lobby and were offered free drinks. However, in the 20 minuets we waited no one came to take our order. There was a hair in the cheese (not the butter) in the buffet.

Disappointment

Everyone was so polite and offering help but i felt that was the maximum they could do just to offer it but not provide it. The roof cafe was so wonderful i think it was the best thing in the hotel.

The photos and dyscriptions dont match the reality. The room which i ordered was suppose to face patially the sea view and in which Alnawras resort and a clean view was supposed to be given and partially a city view according to the photo. And it wasn't cheep. I got a room facing a construction site. With only small view on the cornich with nothing but the side walk appearing. The room was ok but the problem was that i asked to prepare the room for our annyversary. They ignored my request and told me that i have to call them and make the reservation directly. I asked to upgrade the room. They said they were full and i ended up paying almost the price of two nights to get the suit that is facing the sea and the Nawras resort. Then again they did not prepare the room as i requested. I forgot about the personal buttler thing totally. Until i needed some extra water at night. I called the room service. And then room service guy came and told me that he is our personal buttler and i remembered that he was supposed to welcome us from the bigining and show us the room and facilities. I figured out that a personal buttler is just the fancy name for room service and you pay extra for the name. More over during my check in the receptionist offered me a table at the roof in the cafe and that i have to make a reservation or i won't find a table later on. So i agreed and reserved a table. I went up and i found no reservation for me. Luckily the was an empty table. Then i wanted to pay all thier ATM machins were not working and the cafe manager called the reception to add it on the room. He refused and told him to keep me in the cafe until the ATM machin start working again. During our check out my wife complained to the reception they told us we are sorry but maybe the package for annyversaries was given to someone else and we dont have enough stock. Bottom line the hotel has the design but lacks the management.
